Why go
The room holds a plain place in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide, which is an inspector saying it is worth the page without awarding a star or a Bib Gourmand.1 The 2025 directory carried the same address as Dean Banks at the Pompadour under a different entry, so the banner has changed inside one cycle. Pier Berretta, who cooked here, was named head chef of a new Leith restaurant in June 2026.2 No critic has reviewed the current menu, and the hotel's own site could not be read on 7 August 2026, so the format, the hours and the price are all unknown.
