Jeff's butcher, and the one he sends people to. The Uddingston shop has traded since 1910, Danielle and Kevin McMillan opened the second at 193 Hyndland Road in 2021, and the black pudding and haggis are still cut to the recipes the original shop opened with. The Hyndland premises' last published hygiene inspection was in April 2022 and recorded Improvement Required, with no re-inspection since; the Uddingston shop passed in March 2026.
