Honey & Co.
Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich took the old Cigala corner opposite Noble Rot in 2022, twice the size of the Warren Street room they had outgrown, and the feta and honey cheesecake came with them.1
Why go
The pair are chefs and married, and they ran the original for ten years before the move. What they gained on Lamb's Conduit Street was room: two dining rooms, counter seats along the windows, a terrace on the corner, and a kitchen that now runs all day rather than in shifts.1
Breakfast is where the room is easiest to get into. The shakshuka came over from Warren Street and the orange blossom and almond Bloomsbury Bun was written for this address, and it sits on the counter every morning. At dinner the sharing menu is the format the kitchen wants you in, taken by the whole table: bread, Yemeni falafel with tahini and sumac, hummus with tatbila under smoked paprika and crispy chickpeas, tyrokafteri with marinated red peppers, and a halloumopitta, which is a Cypriot halloumi pie finished with thyme honey and za'atar. The lamb shoulder and rib arrives crisped over crushed peas with rocket, mint, feta and urfa butter.
The wine is the quiet advantage. Keeling, Andrew & Co buy the list, which is the firm that buys for Noble Rot across the street, and it leans on Mediterranean growers who are as particular about what they put in the bottle as we are about what we put on your plate

Order this / avoid
- Order: the feta and honey cheesecake,
the restaurant's signature dish that always comes with a seasonal topping of fruit
. Hot Dinners printed its opinion of it in capitals.1 - Order: the sharing menu if you are more than two, and the halloumopitta whichever way you order.
- Order: the crisped lamb shoulder and rib, "gloriously crispy lamb, and there's a lot more of it piled under the peas".
- Avoid: Warren Street. The restaurant left in 2022 and the Honey & Spice deli there closed on 28 March 2026.2
- Avoid: splitting the table on the sharing menu. It has to be ordered by everybody.
What locals & experts say
- Hot Dinners, on the sharing menu at the time of its test drive:
That's one of London's great restaurant bargains for food of this quality.
The price it was describing is a 2022 one, so trust the praise rather than the number.1 - The same review, on what they carried over from Warren Street: the original built "an intensely loyal clientele from the moment they opened", and Hot Dinners rates the Middle Eastern cooking among the best in London.
- Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, on closing the deli after ten years:
After 10 years of Honey & Spice on Warren Street, we have decided not to renew our lease.

Verdict
should-visit — Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich cooked for ten years in a small room on Warren Street, outgrew it, and took the old Cigala corner on Lamb's Conduit Street in 2022, more than twice the size and opposite Noble Rot. The food came with them. Breakfast is shakshuka and an orange blossom and almond bun they bake every morning; the mezze runs Yemeni falafel with tahini and sumac, hummus under smoked paprika and crispy chickpeas, and a halloumopitta, which is a Cypriot halloumi pie finished with thyme honey and za'atar. The lamb shoulder and rib comes crisped over crushed peas with feta and urfa butter. Dessert is the dish that made them, a feta and honey cheesecake topped with whatever fruit is in. The wine is bought by Keeling, Andrew & Co, who buy for Noble Rot across the street, so the Mediterranean list is better than a restaurant this size usually gets. It stops short of the top rung on evidence rather than doubt: the fullest published account of this room is four years old and no bylined critic has scored it since.
