Koloman

Koloman closed at the Ace Hotel in September 2025, and The Infatuation's note says a new location was planned for spring 2026.1 No critic or guide I have read names the new address, so there is nowhere to send you yet.

Good to know

  • Do not go to 16 W 29th St. That is the room that closed. Markus Glocker's own site still lists the NoMad address, and it has not been updated.3
  • Why it is worth watching: Jihan Lee of Nami Nori named Koloman his best meal of the year in December 2025, three months after that room shut. He had eaten there once. The beef tartare and the roasted duck were incredible. The flavors were unlike anything I'd had before.4

Verdict

listed — The room Jihan Lee is describing closed at the Ace Hotel in September 2025, and no source I have read names the new address. Jihan Lee ate here once and called it his best meal of the year, so the reopening is worth watching.
