“My favorite place at the moment is Pazzo. Veteran restaurateur Andy Gambardella and his son Andrew opened it almost four years ago. Everything is made “in-house.” But one of my favorite dishes: the ricotta gnocchi. Incredibly light, finished with artichokes, mascarpone, lemon, Grana Padano and a hint of mint.”
