Carrie Blease is a co-owner and the general manager of Wolfsbane, the tasting-menu restaurant in San Francisco's Dogpatch that she opened in late 2025 with her husband, the chef Rupert Blease, and their old friend Tommy Halvorson. The couple ran Lord Stanley on Russian Hill for ten years and closed it in May 2025, and that room once held a Michelin star.
