Intu-On Kornnawong is the executive chef at Shoji, the Japanese cafe and cocktail bar at 140 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco, where she runs the kitchen for the owner Ingi Son. She was the chef-partner at Jo's Modern Thai in Oakland from its opening in 2021 until she resigned in October 2024, a run in which the restaurant held a Michelin Bib Gourmand every year from 2022, and the San Francisco Chronicle recorded her as a James Beard Award semifinalist for best chef in California.
