Sbragia Family Vineyards
The tasting room at the top of Dry Creek Road has been shut since August 2024, and the winery still says so on its own front page. The wine still sells online.1
Why go
Not right now, is the honest answer. The notice went up in August 2024 and it is still there.1 What still works is the shop, which sells the current releases, and the wine club, which is still taking members.1 If you have wine sitting there, Melissa McCollum handles pickups on a limited basis and the winery publishes her number.1 The fruit is estate grown out of the heart of Dry Creek Valley.1 Beyond that, nothing published describes a bottle.
Good to know
- Pickup by arrangement: 707-978-0696 or melissa.mccollum@sbragia.com.1
- Temporarily has been two years now, so call before you count on a reopening.
Verdict
listed — The tasting room has been shut since August 2024 and the winery still says so at the top of its own home page, so there is nothing to visit and the rung is the floor. The business is alive: current releases sell through the site, the club runs, and Melissa McCollum handles pickups by arrangement on a published number. Nothing in the record describes the wine, which is estate grown at the head of Dry Creek Valley. Two years is a long temporarily, and that is the lead's call rather than mine.
