- Hygiene: Austin Public Health scores the kitchen 90, inspected 14 March 2025, filed as In Plain Sight. Before that it read 92 in May 2024 and 90 in November 2023. Austin runs a 100-point scale where higher is better and 70 is the failing line, so nothing here is a finding. One oddity sits in the file: a routine inspection dated 16 May 2024 appears with no score in it at all, and the city does not say why.2
