Rabbit Hole opened behind an unmarked wooden door on Thonglor in 2016, hit No. 31 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2020, and turned ten in 2026, which counts as elder-statesman status in Bangkok's fast-churning cocktail scene.
Why go
Time Out Bangkok describes three stories of "dim and velvet-heavy" rooms, "with exposed brick meeting marble counters and the occasional mural that would not look out of place in Wonderland." The current menu runs sixteen cocktails named for world capitals, each paired with a crossword clue: Havana is aged rum with salted banana and chaat masala under sparkling wine, Tokyo runs gin with nori liqueur, clarified pineapple and wasabi. For the anniversary the bar reran the drinks that built its name, and Time Out's judgment on them is that they "helped define the bar" and "still hold up."

- Order: from the crossword menu, the Beijing, bourbon washed in duck fat with hoisin and five-spice, or the Bangkok, Thai spirit and rum over a coconut pandan shrub with coconut milk mousse (Time Out). 50 Best Discovery says the 9.45 from the Savoury section
comes particularly recommended.
If any tenth-anniversary classics remain on the list, the Smoke Peach Old Fashioned is the one with the history. - Avoid: walking past it. The only street marker is a small carved rabbit head on a plain wooden door next to Ainu, between Thonglor Soi 5 and 7.

Verdict
could-visit — A decade-old anchor of the Thonglor cocktail strip with a real ranking history, No. 31 in Asia in 2020, and a current crossword menu doing clever, specific builds like duck-fat bourbon with hoisin. It has slipped to the extended list and the city's frontier has moved to Bar Us and Dry Wave, so it is the comfortable second stop on a Thonglor night rather than the reason to cross town.
