- Order: whatever single origin is on the espresso machine, then the same coffee as filter if they have it that way. A washed African coffee that reads sharp and thin under nine bars will open up in a long, slow filter, and this is one of the few counters in the West End that lets you run the comparison on one bean.
- Avoid: the first three days of the week. Both shops are closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and the doors shut mid-afternoon on the days they do open.
