Partage
Yuri Szarzewski rewrites the tasting menu at Partage every month, so the duck breast under foie gras is there the month it is there.
Why go
Three Frenchmen run it: Szarzewski in the kitchen, Vincent Pellerin on pastry, Nicolas Kalpokdjian on the floor.4 Szarzewski was a James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef: Southwest in 2026.6 The menu runs to five, seven or nine courses and the kitchen rewrites it monthly and seasonally, so the duck breast layered with foie gras and the spread of Brillat-Savarin are what turned up when Johnathan L. Wright ate there rather than what is waiting for you.1 Janna Karel describes the plates as compositions: Duck breast is plated with vibrant yellow sweet potato puree, lobster carpaccio comes with a quenelle of icy mango sorbet, and high-pigment flavorful sauces color in the negative space between slices of white fish.
4 In August 2026 the MICHELIN Guide came back to Las Vegas after seventeen years away and put Partage in its first American Southwest selection. Only one other room in that selection, Sparrow + Wolf, also has a James Beard semifinalist behind it this year.2
Order this / avoid
- Order: whatever the month has, because there is one menu in three lengths. Wright's run held
duck breast layered with foie gras or a spread of Brillat-Savarin cheese with adjutants.
1 - Order: the lobster carpaccio if the month is carrying it, under its quenelle of mango sorbet.4
- Order: a glass next door first. Le Club by Partage is a Champagne bar with savory bites, and Wright puts it at the start of the evening.1
- Avoid: booking for anyone eating dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, celiac, or without onion or garlic. The kitchen states the limit itself:
Please note we can't accommodate dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, celiac, onion or garlic free diets.

What locals & experts say
- John Curtas, Eating Las Vegas: The 52 Essential Restaurants (2023):
We love Partage even though we don't go there anymore. The food is superb (if you can look past their affinity for smoking everything from the cocktails to ice cream); the wine list a French-filled winner; and the service always as smooth as Hollandaise on a halibut.
3 - Emmy Kasten, The Infatuation Las Vegas:
This Chinatown gem does French tasting menus in five-, seven-, and nine-course seasonal options that change monthly.
5 - Janna Karel, Eater Vegas:
Modern — and even modernist — French fare gets pride of place at Partage, a partnership from the French trio composed of chef Yuri Szarzewski, pastry chef Vincent Pellerin, and manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian.

Good to know
- Partage cooks French tasting menus in a Spring Mountain Road strip mall, out on the corridor west of the Strip. Emmy Kasten files it as a Chinatown restaurant.5
- The smoke is the thing to know before you book. Curtas stopped going over it.3
- There is a twelve-seat private room for a group that wants one.7
- I have not found a printed cover price for the tasting menus, and the venue's own page does not carry one.
Verdict
should-visit — Yuri Szarzewski rewrites a five, seven or nine-course French menu every month in a Spring Mountain Road strip mall. He was a James Beard semifinalist in 2026, and MICHELIN put the room in its first American Southwest selection in August 2026. John Curtas calls the food superb and the wine list a French-filled winner, and he has stopped going, because of what the kitchen smokes. Book ahead, and read the kitchen's own dietary statement before you do: it rules out dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, celiac, and onion or garlic free.
